I HAD ENOUGH OF MY HEAD OF YEAR?
ByOk, lets begin with couple of facts:
-I'm Wiccan
-My silent is christian
-On each propagandize form she ticks me off as follower of Jesus even which she's not eremite at all, and I told her most times to parasite me as 'other' given they do not have Wicca on their lists.
I regularly wear a pentagram neckles. It's unequivocally tiny, and frequency visable, on tip of I keep it inside of my shirt. In propagandize manners it says which 'no jewelery alowed, solely eremite elements.' Now, my Head of Year (teacher ressponible for year group) currently confiscated my pentagram for 2nd time already. I keep on revelation her, it's eremite but she says which she 'doesn't know of such religion' and only keeps on confiscating it. I regularly put it behind on and keep on wearing it. I'm not being racist, but how comes than which Muslims have been alowed headscarves than. (continue, 5 mins greatfully >.<)
I told my silent already, when I discuss it her which it's not unequivocally great and I would similar to her to speak to my HOY she says 'stop it, you only wish to be opposite with which total Wicca thing, on tip of I'm not going to brew in to your stuff- Your mess, purify it up.'
She's right. But still, I'm really dissapoint about which thing with her confiscating it all the time. That she doesn't know about Wicca is her personal thing, and in control it says 'our propagandize respect's each students nationality and religion'.
How can I insist to my Head of Year which it's eremite and what she's you do it's essentially opposite her own rules? I'm not going to discuss it her which thing about headscarves, since that's not really nice. She doesn't hold Wicca thing which I keep on revelation her. I do not feel great but pentagram, and I need her to stop receiving it off me…

How about you do a little reserch on pentagrams? Wicca is essentially parying to earth not devil… If pentagram was alternative approach around (top arm on the bottom) which would be satanistic sign…
Besides my subject wasn't 'How do you decider my religion'. Thou interjection you have been worried.

but yeah, i suppose you could try to teach her it without getting offended when she thinks it's stupid. not all people believe in the same things which is perfectly fine. just don't force her to think its normal or ok, just explain why you feel this way about the things.
i have never heard of this religion. sounds a little cult-ish lol.
i've never heard of a religion that makes you rely on stuff to feel comfortable.
i'm an atheist. at this moment in my life i have no need to rely on the thoughts of someone watching over me, or any materialistic thing to make me feel comfortable.
you, my dear, are the perfect example as to why i don't want to get wrapped up in some religion. you pretty much turn into a crazy person.

All I can advise is explain to her what Wicca is in a calm manner and maybe she'll catch on to it. That is pretty unfair what she's doing.

Next time she asks for your necklace, calmly explain that you would like to talk to the head teacher as you don't want to take off a religious symbol, then talk to the head about it. Whatever you do, don't get shouty or rude. It's a shame they don't take your religion seriously (one of the fastest growing religions in the world!) but if you really want to wear your necklace then stay strong!

That's bullshit. Go to the school board or make a huge stink and alert the media of that nonsense. That's your religion, it's the same as a freakin' cross. Don't let the bitch touch your necklace!!

Yeah, okay - I find it understandable why she'd do this. I never heard of Wicca before today and I had to look it up too. Sometimes administration isn't the most understanding. Bring her some information on the Wiccan religion. Muslims can wear headscarves because it is tradition. That is the way it has been for centuries that Muslim women wear headscarves. If people had actually heard of Wicca before (sorry if I sound rude….) You probably wouldn't get your necklace taken away. I agree with most other people that you should bring in some proof of the religion to your HOY and talk to her about how your necklace is very important to you.

Introduce your Head of Year to the Internet. Wikipedia would be a good place to start. Wicca is clearly a religion. If she continues to not acknowledge it as a religion, take the issue to her superior. Be polite and mature. No one will listen to you if you rant, even if you're right.

It's the list of approved symbols for US military graves, and the pentagram is on it, and its identified as Wiccan.
