CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY MOTHER'S BOYFRIEND?

I'd similar to to get a present for my mum's beloved of over dual years this year, given he got me a present final year and I didn't have time or income to reciprocate. But I do not know what to get him! It needs to be something tolerably good but preferably something I can make, given I'm short on funds. My main skills have been crocheting, a little sewing, jewelery making, drawing, and a little embroidery.
He likes steampunk and gothic fashions, he likes many colours but generally blue and black, he's utterly delicate but isn't dauntless sufficient to show which outwardly, and he's operative on a master's in dedicated music.
Any ideas?
